How is the program structured at Mind Spark Academy?
What are the tuition fees?
The core curriculum at Mind Spark Academy (10:00 AM to 1:00 PM) starts at $900 per month. The Full-Time Program is priced at $1,600 per month. By combining our educational programs, it is possible for your child to attend full-time. The tuition includes the basic afternoon elective programs and Early drop-off. Discounts are available for payments made by term or annually.
Early drop-off starting at 8:30 AM is available for an additional fee.
In the afternoon, you can choose from a variety of activities tailored to your child’s growth, but additional fees apply based on the selected programs.
How do I apply for enrollment?
To apply for enrollment, you can first attend an orientation or trial lesson to assess your child’s suitability for the program. Afterward, you can complete the formal application process.
Is Mind Spark Academy eligible for subsidies?
Mind Spark Academy is a specialized educational preschool with its own educational philosophy and curriculum, different from licensed Preschools or daycare centers. Therefore, it is not currently eligible for the Canadian government’s child care subsidies.
At our academy, we provide a unique curriculum that incorporates the latest educational methods based on brain science and the benefits of Japanese early childhood education, without being restricted by government-set standards. This choice allows us to offer a flexible and advanced education that would be difficult to implement in typical licensed daycare centers or Preschools.
The Canadian subsidy system is primarily designed for “child care facilities,” but we aim to be a “place of education for shaping the future,” where we bring out each child’s potential to the fullest, beyond the limitations of traditional care-focused programs.
We are working towards meeting the necessary conditions and standards to receive accreditation in the future and will continue to prepare and strive for this while maintaining our ideal educational approach.
